“Pardon Thomas, the man who drove the vehicle in the shootout that killed T.I.’s best friend Philant plead guilty to manslaughter and other charges yesterday. Thomas was initially charged with murder but he made a deal with prosecutors that allowed him to plead out to a lesser charge.
Thomas’ younger brother Hosea was sentenced to 66 years for murder in the same case. Pardon goes before a judge on November 17th for sentencing. He faces up to 10 years.”
