What Stimulus Plan??

Sip On This!!

Issue #1–Do you know why even after the U.S Government gave billions of dollars to automotive companies and banks they are still suffering and going out of business? Hugh, do you? I didn’t think so. Well let me tell you why.

Their are two main reasons that companies are going bankrupt these days. First of all, for a company to be successful they have to bring in revenue. Secondly, when a company has higher costs than what most consumers are willing to pay then they probably won’t be doing business for long. So here’s the thing; if a company decides to increase costs or just keep them the same during this economic down time then of course you’re going to lose customers. So now that you decided to not have competitive pricing, you are losing customers. Which leads to your business filing for bankruptcy and going out of business and so on and so forth. Stubborn owners and CEO’s.

These auto companies were given billions of dollars and all they did with it was just give it to their CEO’s and basically wasted it. Let’s use Chrysler for an example here. Now that Chrysler has all these extra funds available that still didn’t save them because once that money ran out they still weren’t selling any more vehicles than they were before the bailout so their revenue was still minimal. So now they are back to square one. Just because our government gives Chrysler billions of dollars still doesn’t make me want to purchase a car from them so they still have a lack sales issue.

So if no one else wants to say it then I will be the first to say that the whole bailout was a big idiotic waste of time.

Issue #2–Does anyone know if this proposed stimulus plan has been put into affect yet? Cause if it has then I can’t tell. Once again like I said before, the economy is driven by consumer activity and if consumer activity is lower than it should be then there is going to be an economic crisis and if it continues then a recession (which we are in now).

So I’ve been searching the internet looking for grants from city, county, state, and Federal Government agencies and I have found nothing that benefits the average Joe like me and you. Almost every grant opportunity is geared towards, government agencies, health organizations, American Indians, scientific research, and small businesses. Can someone please tell me how the heck are grants to those companies supposed to help the economy? If are economy is driven by consumer activity and currently consumer activity is super low then why wouldn’t you make it easier for the average Joe to get free government assistance so we can have more funds to spend and put back into the economy? Makes total sense to me, but apparently not to our government. What good is it if you give a grant to a mom and pop store or to somebody that plans to open a small business when the people that would normally be paying customers to them still are broke? That newly established small business is going to go right out of business shortly because no one is spending money with them.

Come on U.S Government, you have to do better than this. You’re not helping anyone and that’s the honest truth. Regular common people like me and you aren’t seeing any benefit from this so called stimulus plan. This stimulus plan is complete crap.  There’s still no jobs and every body is still broke and there seems to be no help in site any time soon.

Keep in mind that the amount of identity theft, scams, and fraud are higher than ever before and this is directly related to economic situation and lack of jobs. Every body now has almost the same mind set as Malcolm X, and that is “By Any Means Necessary!”

So far, according to much more intelligent mathematicians than myself, the amount of stimulus that has actually been dispersed is around 5 percent (50 billion). Funny that it has had nothing to do with any recovery of any economical sort, but it was a must do according to Obama–the fear mongering dictator.

I was in agreement with those that said, “No company is too large to fail.”

Another of the stimulus package plans that is likely to have less than the desired effect is the “New road” construction. At least 1/3 of the money that goes into that will go into Mexico…and before anyone wants to tell me different…I know this from first hand sources.

Instead of the “Stimulus Package,” it should have been labeled the “Fool’s Bundle.”
